Final Evaluation

In this project I have learnt how to use Webnode to create a website. I think I have made a good website that works for the project but I wasn't able to do everything that I had wanted too as I wasn't able to provide more information on the Meet the Pokemon page or get good images for each of the Pokemon so if I had to improve the website that is where I would start.

I have also learnt a bit about graphic design in this project as well as how to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I think what I have made using the two programs isn't bad as I have just started and I was able to make some logos and a banner for the website and video.

As part of this project I have also learnt how to use GarageBand which I found quite easy because of how simple it is and I like what I was able to make for the video, it also helped me learn more about Adobe Audition as got got to use it a bit more to edit the audio of my voice over.

I also learnt more about how to use Premier Pro when I was putting everything together, such as how certain things worked and certain keyboard shortcuts that I could use to swap between different tools such as going from the razor tool to the select tool. I also now know how to use Keyframes on Premier Pro which I used in the final video to make the audio fade out at the end.

Another thing I have learnt is how to write a script using Celtx as I needed to write a script for the voice over, I found out that to show an action or dialogue there are different font sizes that you use depending on what it is, characters also have a different font size but only before their dialogue.

Reflective Analysis

I think that making the website went well because I was able to do most of what I wanted to do and think what I did do I did well such as the Cast and Crew as I was able to do everything I wanted to with that page.

I could improve the Meet the Pokemon page by finding better images for all of the Pokemon and get the images to link to a webpage that would give lots of different information about the Pokemon.

My favourite part was creating the logos and banners in Illustrator and Photoshop as that was new and I like what I was able to make, despite being new to it.
